Intimacy Assessment Workbook — Clinician License

from $30.00

A reflective tool for the people you work with, grounded in an expansive understanding of intimacy, beyond romance.

The Intimacy Assessment Workbook invites clients to slow down and take stock of their relational landscape: where their intimacy needs are met, where they aren't, who meets them, how much each type matters, and what they might long to change. It moves across 18 types of intimacy, with flexible scales clients can adapt to their own way of reflecting, and space to name the full range of beings who meet their needs — people, inner parts, plants and animals, places, ancestors, spiritual beings, even books and films.

It can be used solo or shared — between partners, within families of choice, across community — which makes it as useful in couples and relational work as it is in individual sessions. Come-back-to-it by design: a helpful anchor during major life transitions or shifts in a client's relational ecosystem.

This license includes:

  • Permission to use the workbook with your clients in practice

  • A flexible tool suited to individual, couples, and relational therapy

  • A framework compatible with parts work, attachment, and community-oriented approaches

Please review the license terms below for the scope of clinical and multi-client use.

Created and adapted from the work of Clinebell & Clinebell (1970), Michael Metz, and Mia Mingus.
