ASSESSING YOUR INTIMACY NEEDS
AN ASSESSMENT TOOL TO BETTER UNDERSTAND YOUR INTIMACY NEEDS
What could intimacy look like if we expanded our definitions and understanding of it?
Intimacy is something that often gets talked about only when discussing romantic relationships.
This assessment is an invitation to slow down and reflect on our intimacy needs: where they are met, where they are not, who meets them, how important they are to us, and to identify whether there are any changes we long for in your relational landscape.
It was created and adapted drawing on the work of Clinebell & Clinebell (1970), Michael Metz & Mia Mingus, for clinicians.
